Dr. Becker and his staff pay special attention to patients once they enter the door, so many positive traits that any staff should possess: an atmosphere of care, promptness, no long waiting times, knowing personal names, pleasant, cordial; prepared for the appointment; everything was done in a timely manner based on patient's needs such as scheduling, appointments, etc.
