Facial acupuncture left holes & scars on face - still obvious after 2 weeks

After internet searching the question "Does acupuncture facial leave holes and scars on face", I got the answer "No". However, the treatment did leave dozens of visible holes and scars on my face. The holes are still obvious after two weeks of treatment.

On one hand, I'm wondering why acupuncturists do not have this knowledge, and do not provide advise to their customers? Internet does not have such information either.

On the other hand, I'm looking for treatment for my holes on face. Would Laser Genesis or Pico Laser help removing the dozens of holes and scars on face from the Acupuncture Facial?
