Blamed me for scheduling a 9:30 appointment when they open at 10

They don’t accept e-cards from Spa Finder. Found out the hard way. After driving an hour to them, they didn’t even offer an accommodation. Instead charged me $25 for the appointment. Then blamed me for scheduling a 930 appointment when they open at 10. How would I know that??? It was a predetermined time slot I chose.
