FaceTite and Morpheus with Buccal Fat Removal
Can't Wait my for Snatched Jawline
The day of my treatment I started the antibiotic and Valtrex (to avoid fever blisters) and I am 2 days post treatment currently, with no fever blisters.
She used topical lidocaine while I filled out paperwork and then injected lots of lido around my entire face when I got in the treatment room. This part burns/stings a little as lido injections are known to do. Very tolerable though and I am a big baby (not good with pain usually)!
We started with Morpheus 8, which is the deep micro-needling part of the treatment. She uses both tips on the device, one is for collagen stimulation on a deeper level and the other is the resurfacing tip for topical improvements. She goes right up under your eyes with the resurfacing tip which is awesome as it gives some revision to the sad under eye/aging situation. The needling hurts a little even with the lido, very tolerable, but you feel it (again, I'm a wuss so if I can handle it you probably won't even feel it).
The second part of the treatment is FaceTite. She goes in with Tumescent and more lidocaine to super numb the lower part of your face, you won't feel a thing! You can feel the pressure as she works the Radio Frequency rod around your lower face. The lower face is treated in three parts, from each ear toward chin and from chin down neck. She then finishes the treatment with the Morpheus8 on the entire lower neck and you are still completely numb so it doesn't hurt at all.
The whole treatment took about 3 hours, from arriving to leaving. You leave with a compression bandage wrapped around your face and some marker on your skin from the FaceTite treatment. She gives you EltaMD homecare products and small ice packs to use under the compression bandage over the next couple days.
There was some discomfort the first night, my lower face was achy and moderately painful. I recommend cannabis for this, I was super grateful to have a little after a friend suggested it may relieve the pain, he was right! My neck was the most uncomfortable and still is, it's sore from the FaceTite procedure, from having my head turned to the side for so long and the motion of the rod being gently probed into my jawline (for the record I have a bad neck and see the chiropractor regularly).
Day Two, lots of bruising

Day three
Still no pain, just tight and sore. Wearing compression garment 24 hrs a day and only occasionally taking it off. Washing face with gentle cream cleanser and using the EltaMD laser balm and laser enzyme gel. Cooling and very moisturizing. The laser balm is like vaseline so its giving me some pustules around my lower face since the compression adds friction. I moved around for a few hours today. Went to a friends and tried to help her get a squirrel out from behind her fridge. We had to move a little furniture, light objects, but you're not supposed to be lifting anything heavy. I noticed after about two or three hours my neck started to ache and feel tight. I had my head down off an on during the squirrel debacle and you're supposed to keep it elevated at all times for a week. So I sat on her couch and iced my neck for about 15 minutes and then decided to go home and get propped up in bed and take it easy again. I panicked a little that I overexerted and will compromise my results. But all seems fine today.

I mostly I just wanted a tighter jawline and some anti aging as I turned 40. Then it turned into a whole ordeal cause I got the contour irregularity issue after FaceTite. Which Dr S thought Buccal fat removal would improve. We’ll see!
