Unsure if Procedure Will Work

Right now I am turning 53 years old and I've always been thin.
I started getting 2 neck wattles at 30. They worsened each year. It's the first thing I see when I look in the mirror and they depress me. I use sunscreen daily and do neck yoga, too.
At 45 years old, I had Facetite with Fractora. It did NOTHING. My 2 neck wattles remained, so the doctor redid it for free, and he snipped and stretched my neck skin and put stitches behind my ears. The 2 wattles came back worse than ever within 3 months.
I've gone to so many doctors. One said it was skin and suggested laser treatments ~ which I did ~ Utherapy 3x which didn't help. Another doctor said it was muscles so I kept getting Botox in my neck for years which really didn't help. I also got a Y lift 2x ~ the doctor said with filler in my jaw area, the wattles will iron out ~ they didn't.
A 3rd doctor suggested the Facetite again, but with Morpheous on the neck. I did this procedure on 8/18/21 and I kept the compression on for 72 straight hours as suggested, and I've been wearing it when I am home. The Facetite that this doctor performed was different than my 1st doctor's way. What concerned me is this doctor did the Facetite, including numbing, lipo, and Morpheous all within 45 minutes. . . Does that sound right? I've read it should have taken 90.
I took the compression off after 72 hours, and I still see wattles. They say I will see results in 6 months. . . I am worried I won't.
Sometimes when I look at my neck, I am hopeful, and at other times I fear gravity will take over whenever I take the compression off and the wattles will be back.
