The Tumescent administration for numbing was awful!

I was very nervous about Facetite, because I had seen videos of the procedure. Regardless, I scheduled and had procedure yesterday. I had a pain pill and a Xanax. Let me just say the Facetite part of the procedure was not the worst. How I have seen NOTHING in the reviews about the administering of the tumescent fluid before the procedure is mind-blowing. It was a very aggressive "jabbing" of a metal rod in every area of my low face and neck. I could not "feel" the pain, but the prodding and sticking and slipping and cracking to get this fluid everywhere almost had me coming off the table! It felt gruesome and still makes me cringe thinking about it! He did say I didn't have a lot of fat so he had to be a bit more forceful but OMG you better have some serious mind control to not care that a rod being forced into your face for 20 min. It was forcibly moving my head. I'm usually pretty good with these types of things but this was on another level. My doc was amazing, and I can't wait to see results (it was only yesterday) but I will never do this again without going under. NEVER. So, just a heads up lol :) Happy age fighting everyone :):)! Oh, and the FaceTite procedure itself was oogy as well. lol. Take 2 Xanax or go somewhere that puts you under...just my opinion.
