FaceTite Ruined My Neck

I get filler at Rejuva Medical Aesthetics and have always had a good experience with that procedure. During one of my visits, Dr. Karimi came in to the treatment room to introduce himself. He asked if I had any concerns about my appearance and I mentioned that the loose skin under my chin had always bothered me, especially since I am slim overall. I tried Kybella years ago with no real improvement. Dr. Karimi suggested the Face Tite procedure, which he said would get rid of most of the excess fat/loose skin under my chin. He also said the downtime would be minimal. I decided to get the procedure, which was done in their treatment suite. The suite was clean and well equipped, and the support staff were friendly and professional. The treatment itself was relatively painless and quick, since there was no liposuction performed. However, I had significant swelling and bruising afterwards that took more than a month to resolve. I had to take extra time off from work and then go back before the swelling was gone, which made me very self-conscious. During my recovery, I got one email from the team but otherwise there was no follow up from Dr. Karimi. Once the swelling resolved, I realized that not only was there NO improvement in the area under my chin, but suddenly my neck had noticeable vertical bands (the dreaded "turkey neck') and a ton of laxity! My neck was always one of my best features and after the procedure it was ruined. I am in my 40s, but look at least ten years older given my loose and wrinkled neck. Now I am researching a costly neck lift to fix the issues Dr. Karimi created. I would never recommend him or the procedure.
