Everything got really loose and more saggy than before the procedure

Dr. Megan Jack done my facetite, in office. Initially, for approximately 4-6 months...I had results that were at best "ok". After the 6 month mark everything got really loose and more saggy than before the procedure. When ask about a revision, Dr. Jack agreed that I needed one and was willing to do it at no cost. When I called to schedule, the office said there would be a $1500 charge. I spoke with Dr. Jack over the phone and voiced my concerns. At that point I was "fired" from the office. My cost was $3500. It was painful, and without any results. Save your money, and avoid Dr. Jack at all cost. Find a surgeon that will deliver lasting, long term results. I would never recommend her. It was an awful, stressful experience experience.
