Devastated with total lack of improvement

I am completely devastated and beyond disappointed with my experience at Berardi Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery. I went to Dr. Berardi in Scottsdale specifically to address sagging in my lower face, marionette lines, and jowls. Instead of the improvement I expected, my face looks worse.
Over a multi-year period, I underwent two FaceTite treatments, Morpheus 8, and a lip flip. While the lip flip had a minor positive result, the expensive lower-face treatments completely failed to fix my primary concerns. Shockingly, at my 2026 follow-up, Dr. Berardi looked at my timeline photos (from my pre-procedure in February 2025 to July 2026) and claimed he was 'very pleased' with the results. When I explicitly pointed out the total lack of improvement, his dismissive response was simply, 'that's all I can do.'
To make matters worse, his assistant admitted that FaceTite can cause fat loss and lead to additional sagging. It is completely unacceptable that a board-certified plastic surgeon would recommend and perform a procedure that could actively worsen the exact condition I came in to fix. To be told there is nothing more they can do and that I should just 'look elsewhere' for other treatments is a painful, discouraging blow after spending so much money. If you are considering these procedures, I strongly urge you to protect your wallet and your face and avoid Dr. Berardi.
