Buyer beware waste of time and money

I had facetite done in hopes to Improve my jawline. My reviews on the procedure are much like the others I've read buyer beware waste of time and money... had to keep calling over and over again to even get a response, when they said they would call me back. Lost my before photos so could not even compare the before and afters.

I am young and not over weight but always struggled with a genetic double chin, I have been super self conscious about it my whole life. Finally I decided to seek out a surgeon so I went to Dr.Bassin, I showed him my area of concern and he suggested "facetite" I wasn't sure how I felt about it because I couldn't find all that much info online. I then explained I really wanted lipo so they could remove the fat and I would get more guaranteed results. So he sold me on smart lipo and factite combined! I was so excited to get this done because I was finally going to get the confidence I lacked. The procedure went well and he was nice. The day after when I took off the bandage I thought I would see some form of results like all the video's I watched, I took of the bandaged and look exactly the same but worse because I was swollen I saw no definition. I went to my week one follow up and discussed these concerns with him he kept saying give it time you're still swollen, same thing happened at my one month follow up. I thought for a brief moment it looked better but I think it was just the way I was tilting my chin. It's been almost six months and I look exactly the same as before. All of my family and friends mentioned it to me as well they were like wow you wasted your money I thought you got something done. I made my last follow up appointment with him recently and he spent all of about 30 seconds with me.. I told him I was disappointed and saw no results and he said that I had no fat just skin.. I was super annoyed because I felt like he wasn't really caring. I asked him what he would suggest and he said we will take your before and after photos and I will evaluate them and we can discuss what's next. I never received an email response or call regarding my photos or what next step to make...Its been two weeks now and I just had to call again only to find out my before photos can't be found very strange..
As a paying customer I shouldn't have to keep calling to get a repose, this whole thing was a waste of time and money and I am super disappointed and still just as self conscious as before.

I am so sorry about your experience. I had a similar outcome with a doctor equally as uncaring. FaceTite is a joke and my chin was over lipoed. I am more self conscious than I was before and want my old neck back. I hope the doctors makes good on your concerns.

Thank you for sharing, and I am so sorry the procedure did not work out for you. I found your post super helpful as I look at how well a business follows up after a procedure before deciding which business to choose.
Failure to respond, ignoring inquiries, or provide answers is neither professional nor acceptable.
If I can't rely on the doctor afterward, I won't do business with them as there will always be questions, unrealistic expectations to deal with, and unforeseen events. Follow-ups are just as much a part of the procedure as the actual cosmetic work.
Unfortunately, so many of them fail at this point. Good luck in your search to resolve your issue.

Worth it! I was swollen for a good solid three weeks I don’t have a double chin anymore so that’s exciting! I am happy with the results I think I will get some filler in my jaw line eventually to enhance the look even more :)

You look great! Was this FaceTite or the laser lift he advertises? I have a doctor in Dallas quote me $5,750 for FaceTite. Was everything included in our price? Lipo and FaceTite? Or just lipo? Sorry so many questions. Are you still seeing results?

This was facetite and chin lypo I only paid 1500, results were final for me at like two months.
