Went in was told what he was going to do made the app to have it done. Came out with a lot of loose skin, then three months later was not happy, he then did an in office tightening and another 2,000 on top of 12, 300. One year later my bands were still loose my neck skin looked like I had nothing done. I told Dr Thompson several times that I was unhappy, he proceeded to tell me it looked fine. Two years later he told me he would redo it for 9,000 and would not give a discount ( he was so incredibly rude about it). Went to another doctor who told me that the bands did not look like they were tied together and that my skin was to loose for having a face lift done two years ago (56yrs). When Dr. Thompson found out ( when I asked for my records) that I was going to another Dr. he called up that day and said he would do it for free only in office though. I did not go, I think after complaining and having him do it twice and having him treat me the way he did was incredibly unprofessional... I am 58 next week and love what Dr. Saltz has done even though I had to pay full price twice in two years, I am happy with the beautiful outcome.. ps if Dr Thompson tells you he wants you happy with your results, be very weary!

I got a broadband light treatment. I’m too nervous to try anything else yet.
