Disastrous! Please read this entire review and check other platforms too! If I could undo one decision in my life, it would be allowing Dr. Sadrian to operate on my face and neck. I wish I had never had this surgery with him. This surgery has been one of the biggest regrets of my life. I researched Dr. Sadrian extensively. I went into this believing I had done everything right and that I was choosing a highly skilled surgeon I could trust with my face. He completely convinced me that I was in good hands.
I could not have been more wrong.
I am extremely unhappy with the outcome of my face and neck lift surgery. Don't just take my word for it. Look at my pictures (I have a ton but it's so bad, that I have limited the pictures I am posting here). I looked better before surgery. My neck, in my opinion, looks significantly worse than it did before surgery. I have been left with severe, heavy banding underneath my neck that I did not have before this surgery. My neck is indented, irregular and unnatural looking. Even worse, I cannot properly tilt my head back or look upward the way I could before surgery because of the tightness and heavy banding in my neck. These were not the problems I went to him to fix. These are problems I was left with after he operated on me.
My face shape has also completely changed. Before surgery, my face was more angular and defined. After surgery, my face looks rounder, heavier and less defined. Imagine paying thousands of dollars for cosmetic surgery and then looking at your before pictures wishing desperately that you could look like that again. Not to mention, I am still in pain every day.
I hate looking in the mirror now. I am severely upset by what I see. I trusted him with my face, and this experience has been devastating for me.
I also specifically discussed my earlobes with Dr. Sadrian before surgery. He promised me that he would not attach them to my face. Despite that discussion, my earlobes are now attached to my face. And now, after everything I already went through, I am facing additional corrective surgeries to try to address what I have been left with. I would never trust Dr. Sadrian to do any surgery on me ever again. My concerns have been pushed aside by Dr Sadrian and his staff anyway. More surgery. More money. More recovery. More risk. More time out of my life. All because I am now trying to correct problems I did not have before this surgery. One of the biggest reasons I am writing this review is because I want other people to understand something I learned in the worst possible way: do not choose a surgeon based on bedside manner. Dr. Sadrian was kind, reassuring and personable with me. He made me feel comfortable. I trusted him. That absolutely influenced my decision. I would trade every bit of that bedside manner to have my old face and neck back. I believed I had found someone good. I believed what I was being told. I feel completely misled by the impression I was given compared with the result and treatment I actually received. This isn't me complaining about some random flaw or expecting perfection. I am talking about heavy neck bands I didn't have before, indentations and irregularities, being unable to properly tilt my head back and look upward like I could before, a face shape that is now rounder and heavier looking, earlobes attached to my face, and now having to undergo more surgery to try to correct all of it. I would take my before face and neck back in a heartbeat. I cannot adequately put into words what it feels like to look at old pictures of yourself and realize you preferred the way you looked before after paying a plastic surgeon to supposedly improve your appearance. I am devastated by this whole experience, so please take my experience seriously and look elsewhere.
