Necklift and lower fl - not what I expected

Do not use him for a facelift. I knew within a few weeks my results were horrid. He continued to tell me it was swelling as the months went on and promised it would improve. Then when he realized it wasn’t he told me since there was a slight improvement, I should be happy. 2 1/2 years later my scars, ears and neck are a mess

Don’t expect a revision if you’re not happy
I was told at my consult if I’m not happy, he would “work with me”. He has flat out told me he thinks it’s a good result so he is offering nothing. If you look at the pics I posted, you’ll see my neck was not “lifted”. Despite the fact I was quoted and paid for a necklift, he failed to tighten my platysmal muscle I’m not sure there’s anyone else that would think this is a good result.

I'm sorry but this is not a good result. It looks like you had some fat removed rather than a lift. The Dr. should be embarrassed of this result. A caution though, my inner thigh lipo needed revision. Dr. grudgingly did it but the work is sloppy and uneven.
He’s refusing to do a revision because he literally thinks this is a good result.

I had a similar experience, and was told I should "just accept it and move on" by my board certified plastic surgeon. I'm sorry to see so many women let down so horribly by negligent plastic surgeons posting on here looking for help. People spend a small fortune, sometimes borrowing money for what should be a life changing improvement. Your result is so suboptimal it should be an embarrassment to the surgeon who let you walk away like that. I would fight to get your money back, he owes you that. I would also not allow him to do any further surgery.

An unhappy update
I am just about at the 3 month po mark and my necklift is not what I had expected. I still have no jawline and my neck is not lifted much, if at all. As some of the other reviews state, Dr. Kim is not admitting it didn’t turn out well but instead, stating because of my anatomy it was the best he could do. However, I have consulted with two other surgeons who have encouraged me to give him the opportunity to “fix” it or make it right. They both agree the results aren’t what they should be. I’ll go back to him the end of October and see if he’s willing to do anything further. At this point I feel I have thrown 13k away.
