Necklift and lower fl - not what I expected

This man is a gem I did research and received multiple consultations but confidently chose Dr Kim. I could tell from the moment I met him that he is extremely meticulous and is very kind. Additionally, I was impressed by the office and his staff so much that my daughter became a patient as well.

I am just about at the 3 month po mark and my necklift is not what I had expected. I still have no jawline and my neck is not lifted much, if at all. As some of the other reviews state, Dr. Kim is not admitting it didn’t turn out well but instead, stating because of my anatomy it was the best he could do. However, I have consulted with two other surgeons who have encouraged me to give him the opportunity to “fix” it or make it right. They both agree the results aren’t what they should be. I’ll go back to him the end of October and see if he’s willing to do anything further. At this point I feel I have thrown 13k away.

I was told at my consult if I’m not happy, he would “work with me”. He has flat out told me he thinks it’s a good result so he is offering nothing. If you look at the pics I posted, you’ll see my neck was not “lifted”. Despite the fact I was quoted and paid for a necklift, he failed to tighten my platysmal muscle I’m not sure there’s anyone else that would think this is a good result.
