From initial contact to the result check-up, it has been a pleasure being a patient. The initial video meeting was efficient, informative, and convenient. Traveling from abroad can be stressful, but my coordinator, Anahit, is a superstar. My trip was so easy and she laid out exactly what I needed to do and when. Any questions I had were answered. The office is elegant, clean, and inviting. When I met Dr. Oreroglu he explained everything about the procedure and answered any questions I had. He was warm, intelligent, and you could sense a passion for his work. The hospital is fancy and the rooms are large with amazing natural light. The nurses, Guleser and P?nar, are wonderful and caring. I traveled alone but Anahit, my coordinator, was there at the hospital with me every step until I literally went into the OR. She translated everything and is such a sweetheart. She was there when I woke up and the lovely nurses were there too. I felt super comfortable and happy to have such a great staff take care of me during my surgery and after. I couldn’t recommend anyone else more than Dr. Oreroglu. I am pleased that he actually looked at me and my personal features for my facelift. He doesn’t do cookie cutter work. He is an artist in his profession, which I very much appreciate. He saw me as an individual and listened to what I wanted and I trusted his professional opinion.
