You paid and did not have surgery or receive a refund, that is truly shocking. I am so sorry.
I wish the staff and clinic had been more open and honest about this. There is no shame in becoming ill and not able to work.

I posted photos some time ago of the results of my neck/lower face lift that I’m unhappy about. I was never able to have this resolved by Dr Gerarchi as he went MIA.

Very strange
I had surgery with Dr. Gerarchi in late 2018 and then he just disappeared. I've contacted him and the staff at his clinic many many times and have never received any information about where he is or what happened to him. This is very unsettling and very unsatisfactory and certainly doesn't allow me, at a minimum, to have appropriate follow-up care let alone answers to understand what has happened. I understand that unexpected things can happen but after spending an exorbitant amount of money for treatment with Dr. Gerarchi and entrusting my face, appearance, and health to him, I would think it's not too much to ask to have some transparency about how he can be there one day and disappear the next. In the absence of that, my mind boggles at possibilities. And I'm left without the follow-up care I need. I have been in contact with other patients of Dr. Gerarchi who have had the same experience and are just as troubled, concerned, and feeling as unsupported as I am. If Dr. Gerarchi is reading this, I ask once again for you to return my messages to help me understand what has happened.

That's so strange. I looked him up for a procedure and I can't find him either. So you mean he vanished and his workers don't know where he went?
I've reached out to some of his staff. They've either not replied at all or I was told by one that she was not allowed to say what has happened. It's so strange.
hi dr gerarchi had a stroke therefore is not practicing anymore. thats what you have not heard from him. im not staff but i was told that. hope that helps.
I, too am one of his patients and was about to schedule a follow up treatment, I was contacted by the staff at his clinic that they were closing and did I want my records. When I asked what had happened I was told they weren’t allowed to talk about it. It seems very strange that we could not even be told he had a medical issue and could not work. I think he was a great doc though the lack of care with regard to this is irresponsible I think.
He had a stroke and is paralised/not C able to use his hands.
I’ve paid for the surgery with him before the stroke and never received a refund. Instead they kept all the money from patients and never returned anything that I know of. Many complained without any resolution.
Oh wow, that's shocking. I'm so sorry to hear that. It really is crazy.
