Facelift Might Not Be a Solution for Jowls

I used to have heart-shaped face, but with age I've got these bulldog-looking jowls. After doing some research I've got an impression that the only reliable way to get rid of jowls is a facelift. Apparently not. After the surgery I see no difference in the appearance of my jawline.
