Revision Retraction Surgery

I went to see Dr Gill to remove lower eyelid fat transfer done elsewhere. He stated I had retraction and went to explain if I did not have surgery I would have dry and teary eyes when I got older! I went to see him 3 times and asked the same if I really needed it and he assured me that he would even do this procedure to his family and there would be 0 complications.

I had surgery March 2020 with fat repositioning in both eyes and scleral graft, one month went by and the fat in right eye was bulgy so he told me to come in and gave me a cortisone injection that removed all my natural fat within weeks! And that’s when I started noticing the real retraction I didn’t have before! He said that he didn’t think this would happen and put filler to add fat back to lower eyelid! I should have walked away then but he assured me that he could fix it and said no complications if he used hard palate graft! 

As soon as I had surgery a month ago I knew I made the worst mistake of my life! My eyes look very asymmetrical! One is bigger than the other and right eye was lifted more than the other and it affects my eye vision and looks slanted! The right eye has a bit of ectropion at outer corner and I am very stressed out and distraught over this ! I am not longer in contact with him as I don’t trust him at all and have requested medical file a few times now and hoping he sends it
