Office review: no compassion

I was disfigured by a face lift procedure performed by Wayne Perron more than a year ago. Perron has now retired and I have no recourse. I reached out to Zakhary, sent her photos of my situation, and was initially told that I had to wait at least a year before she would see me. I contacted her office again a year later and was then told that she wouldn't see me because she "didn't know what the other doctor had done" even though I have my medical files from Perron's office.
Her ads brag about her experience with facial reconstruction and all of her fantastic training, but she won't even look at my situation. I feel abandoned by the medical community and am shocked by the lack of compassion, or even curiosity - this was an opportunity for her to truly improve someone's life.
