Consultation review - refuses to give even a basic cost outline

Does Not Provide Basic Quotes Without $1000 Consult
I have been to this doctors offices and had a online consulation with him as well. After recieving the costs, I later tried to book my procedures.
I was then told I had to book another consulation, for 8 months in the future, for $1000.
Not only were the prices I had been quoted void now, they would not even tell me the new cost. No estimate, nothing.
To even have an idea of what I would now pay, after already having been given the cost, I now must wait 8 months and pay $1000. They now say: "We cannot disclose cost before consultation."
As someone who has had cosmetic surgical procedures in the Los Angeles, New York, Costa Rica, Turkey, Switzerland, Dubai and Thailand, I have never ever had an office refuse to give you even basic quotes. Especially after having been in person to these offices and had an approved quote already issues.
These practices are never used with any other doctors, Turkey or worldwide, and are extremely questionable.
My advice, after years of having procedures done and always doing extensive research on each, is to choose a doctor you can trust and one that runs an open, honest and upfront business- because you are quite literally putting your life in their hands. Someone that doesn't uphold previous consults & refuses to give even a basic cost outline before taking $1000 from you isn't a trustworthty doctor. This is not normal practice and in your research, you will find that as well.
