I had my face and neck lift with Dr. Steven Bates and a brachioplasty with Dr Benjamin Maser. I was in desperate need after having lost 40 pounds and preparing for my daughter’s wedding this past May.

The whole experience was fantastic. Start to finish it was the best. The front office staff was so very warm, welcoming and helpful. They know just how to make you feel at home and at ease.

Dr. Bates and Dr. Maser both spent a lot of time with me explaining the procedures and managing my expectations. They gave me the information I needed to go through with my procedures. I never once debated about any other consultation. I found the best office and the very very best surgeons.

The day of surgery the nurses put me at ease with their humor and professionalism. They are so great!
