Perfect experience from start to finish.
I chose Dr Berat because of his ethos in rejuvenating and giving you a refreshed look as opposed to making it obvious you have had your face pulled. The consultation was an hour long where we discussed what I didn't like and he also explained why I did not like those areas and what could be done to fix them. A tailored surgical plan was made. Point to note here is that I had already had a facelift elsewhere several years ago which wasn't particularly successful, so this was classed as a revision surgery which is more complicated and delicate. We then hot footed it to the hospital for pre op tests which included bloods, xray and ecg plus a meeting with the anaesthetist, which took less than an hour. Next day was surgery day.
Surgery day came and my operation took 6 hrs in total. At the hospital I had my own pain management device so I did not have to rely on the ward nurses, plus for the first night I even had a private nurse provided by Dr Berat. These 2 services are given to all. I stayed 2 nights at the hospital.
After discharge I was seen several times for reviews, wound checks and dressing changes with Dr Berat. All medications were supplied and we were given medications and scar creams to go home with. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and efficient and you felt like a friend to the team rather than just a patient number.
Fatma who is Dr Berats wife works as his coordinator and all communications are handled by her and she is really lovely. She always answers you even if you think your question is a little silly.
If you want a tailored solution suitable for you and not a tick box exercise, one size fits all approach, then please consider Dr Berat. My friend also had surgery and although on paper we both needed a deep plane face and neck lift, we ended up with very different surgical plans. I had the following:
Brow Lift
Temple Lift & Fat Transfer
Upper Bleph
Lower Bleph pinch with fat transfer and removal of old failed fat transfer
deep plane face and neck
lip lift
fat transfer to perioral area
co2 lazer and exosomes
I can also advise that one of the responses by the clinic on a different review is 100% accurate as I was witness to what went down at the time and I can honestly say the clinics account is correct and not the reviewer.
