Feeling Young Again!

Dr. Demetri and his staff are absolutely the best! I am a 49 yr old female who has had a previous facelift by another surgeon in town at age 42 and never thought I would need another facelift so quick! From the minute I meet Dr Demetri I knew I was in good hands, he was so kind and explained in detail everything that he was recommending. I feel like a new, better version of myself now, all thanks to Dr Demetri!

6 month update......buyer beware!!! What I thought was an amazing facelife turned into a disaster!!! Don't get suckered in by the fact that he came from LA because no LA surgeon would do such a horrible job. When I confronted him with my problems, he dismissed me and told me to wait a year. I had a rhino as well and now I have to have both surgeries preformed AGAIN! My facelift scars are so noticeable that I am so embarrassed to wear my hair up anymore for fear that people will know I had a facelift. Please, do your research before spending thousands of dollars!

That’s just terrible! I imagine he’s very expensive, too, since he touts being a Beverly Hills surgeon. How he’s able to have two practices on either side of the country is rather off putting to me. What else went wrong with your surgery?

I have made an appointment with one of the best surgeons in the country, Dr Rod Rohrich in Dallas, TX. Check him out, he is expensive, but so worth the money. It is your face, so please don't skimp on perfect! Spend the money. Even a friend, who is an amazing surgeon that was going to do my revision said, "I'm good, but not Rohrich good" lol.

Not what I expected

If you are smart and do your research you will find better, qualified surgeons out there for facelifts and rhinoplasty. Unfortunately I took a chance for the first time and will NEVER do it again! I could write a book, but I'm saving my energy for the before and after photos when I have my revision surgery to fix both my facelift scars and rhinoplasty. The facelift is not horrible, but he left me with some ugly scars that are super visible that could have been avoided according to my surgeon who is fixing me. I wear my hair up a lot and now I'm so embarrassed to even think about wearing hair in a bun for fear of someone noticing them. The rhinoplasty, good Lord don't even get me started!!! My nose looks worse now that before I even had he surgery. I could just cry every time I look in the mirror! I will post all photos within a few months, so you can see for yourself.

Ok, here are my photos. I have been so upset, but I guess it was my fault for not doing my research. When I went into the consultion appointment I was lied to when I asked about his certification. He was supposedly board certified facial plastics, but when I asked they told me he was waiting on his credentialing. I can give you names of ENT docs, which he is as well, that would do a better job. I could kick myself for not just going to Dr Farrior, who has done thousands of rhinos and facelifts in the Tampa area and very well known. I love Farrior, but wanted someone I little more cutting edge, so I'm off to Dallas in April for my revision surgery.

Yes, the first one is before and second one is after! This is why I say, don't waste our money. When I told him that he said he if I wanted my tip up more that I would look like "miss piggy", real professional words from a "facial plastic surgeon"!! That just shows he doesn't know what he is doing. Maybe he will get better with practice, but NO THANK YOU!

Look at the photo close, you will see after surgery my nose is worse because the tip is dropping and I even had a OPEN rhino, not closed. I will have to have a bone graft done to bring up the tip this time.
