Final reveal of rhinoplasty revision
Omg, I can't say enough about how happy I am God granted me the opportunity to have my revision surgery done by the WORLD RENOWNED, DR ROD ROHRICH! I am posting here in hope of saving someone of having to go through such a horrible tragedy that I did with Dr Demetri. Please if you are even remotely thinking of looking for a fantastic facial plastic surgeon and can travel, Dr Rohrich is nothing short of AMAZING!!! Credentials and experience do matter and it is the only face you have, so chose wisely! Just check out my before and after photos from Demetri compared to the skillful and talented Dr Rohrich. Even though Demetri removed cartilage and left me with a deviated septum, which was suppose to be fixed, Dr Rohrich was still able to salvage enough to make me look amazing by using a bone graft to restore my nose.

Scar pictures
He left me with horrible scars. These scars are a few years old and still look horrible. Please check the Google reviews, though it does seem that someone keeps taking the bad reviews down all the time, so please beware.

Have him fix it
I would NEVER go back to a surgeon who did this for a second round! He's never touching me again.

No, not yet. I just keep covering them up and using scar cream to hide it the best I can until I decide who to have fix them. Not looking to spend anymore money for revisions until I get older and need a new face-lift, lol
Mine are worse sadly and my dr Richards said he could go and inject them? I don’t want him touching me honestly but hate the feeling and they shouldn’t be there in the first place! He blames a previous surgery 10 years ago for making his incisions come out like this? I had NO scars from before and now scars and lopsided ears…good luck with your next one! I’m too scared to go anywhere
Honestly Dr Rohrich who did my rhino in Dallas is the BEST. If I were to get it redone I would go there. Look at his page

Facelift scars
Ok, here are my photos. I have been so upset, but I guess it was my fault for not doing my research. When I went into the consultion appointment I was lied to when I asked about his certification. He was supposedly board certified facial plastics, but when I asked they told me he was waiting on his credentialing. I can give you names of ENT docs, which he is as well, that would do a better job. I could kick myself for not just going to Dr Farrior, who has done thousands of rhinos and facelifts in the Tampa area and very well known. I love Farrior, but wanted someone I little more cutting edge, so I'm off to Dallas in April for my revision surgery.

The photos look the same..is one before and one after?
Yes, the first one is before and second one is after! This is why I say, don't waste our money. When I told him that he said he if I wanted my tip up more that I would look like "miss piggy", real professional words from a "facial plastic surgeon"!! That just shows he doesn't know what he is doing. Maybe he will get better with practice, but NO THANK YOU!
Look at the photo close, you will see after surgery my nose is worse because the tip is dropping and I even had a OPEN rhino, not closed. I will have to have a bone graft done to bring up the tip this time.
