Facelift Nightmare

Facelift nightmare. Doctor Mandell-Brown performed my facelift and when he took off the bandages underneath my chin looked deformed. He agreed it needed to be fixed and said he would do a revision. I was to be awake and he was going to make another incision vertically. I wanted him to use the same incision but he said he could not. I asked him how long the incision would be and he said maybe an inch or longer he couldn’t tell me. I would have a scar underneath my chin that resembled a “T”. I went to another plastic surgeon for a consultation. He was appalled that doctor brown wouldn’t use the same incision. He told me he could do the revision using the same incision, so I would only have one scar instead of two. I had to pay 1500 for this to be done because I had lost all trust in dr brown. The morning of my facelift dr. Brown was more than 3 hours late for my surgery. He walked into the office with no explanation or apology. I asked if he was in surgery and was told no. Also, a staple was put in crooked in the back of my neck which caused a gaping hole and left me in a lot of pain for weeks. I am writing this to let other people know my experience so they don’t have to go through the same pain, expense and disappointment as me.
