It seriously looks like I've have nothing done

The office was friendly enough I guess. I did feel like the girl asking questions was not very real. I think she's a nurse not sure. Just felt a little routine.

My issue is with my outcome. My neck was only tight for about 3 weeks. Then it began to drop, the skin. My surgery was in November of 2023. I was very pleased up until the 3 week mark.
Now it's been 6 months later and my jowels are also back. It seriously looks like I've have nothing done. Are spending thousands of dollars.
Dr. Mendelson offered to"fix"my neck at the 6 week follow up. He would do what he called a W plasty, which is cutting the letter W into the front of my neck, remove the excess skin, sew together and I will have a scar. Also the cut he made around my left ear still has a pucker, but he said it will go away.. well it hasn't. I hesitated to leave a review but I'm so upset that I went through this and spent all this money for absolutely nothing. I know face and neck lifts last about 10 years average... Maybe less time. But 3 weeks and now 6 months and still have my turkey neck and jowels.
