The surgery went perfect - couldn’t be happier with the results

These are the before and after pictures, plus a 1 year later. The after picture is approx 2 months after surgery and the 3rd one is one year later. I have no regrets and would do it again. I wasn’t interested in looking like I was 35, my interest was in not looking so haggardly and tired. Dr. Machida accomplished exactly what I was hoping for.

I had some facial work done 25 years ago and needed a major overhaul again. I researched more than 10 surgeons and Dr. Machida had the best reviews. I sent in pics and received an evaluation so I scheduled an interview. Dr. Machida and their staff explained all they could do with a facelift and laser with realistic expectations. I scheduled my surgery and received a pre surgery appointment to go over all my questions and theirs. The surgery went perfect and I was never in any pain after…uncomfortable for a few days, but nothing close to pain. I had my 1 month checkup today and I can tell you that my neck is beautiful, my jowls are gone and the wrinkles have dissipated. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I only would have trusted a surgeon that did faces only as I think it’s an art that has to be perfected over time…Dr. Machida is exactly that surgeon.
