I had a facelift with Dr. Holden on November 14, and by Thanksgiving no one knew I had anything done — which, to me, says everything.
What made the experience so exceptional was how thoughtful and comprehensive the care felt, not just the surgery itself. I felt informed, supported, and confident at every step of the process.
I spent time preparing my skin beforehand through the Scottsdale Skin Center, and I truly believe that made a meaningful difference in both my healing and my results. My skin quality going into surgery was stronger, and my recovery reflected that.
After surgery, I followed the recovery guidance that was recommended, which helped the healing process feel smoother and more manageable. The approach to post-care felt intentional and individualized — not rushed or generic.
