I Am Not Satisfied

I like Dr. Marotta and he has a good bedside manner to a point. He doesn't address your concerns and tells you to just wait. There was not enough attention paid to my recovery for full facelift, eye lift, and facial laser treatment. Mistakes were made with a ridiculous post-surgery sling which ripped have of my chin off and has never healed properly. My eyes are totally off. Left eye looks good and right eye looks horrible. It is not symmetrical. I constantly complained about this and was dismissed. The resident assistant, Ken, told me that my skin will probably always be discolored now after the ripped off skin from sling. I also have my doubts about if Dr. Marotta did both my eyes or let Ken do the left eye for practice. I feel they should automatically do a 1 year check up on you to see how you look and feel about the procedures. I had surgery a year and a half ago and spent a lot of money but have not heard a word.
