Its healing well. There is some density to the areas that were surgically manipulated, just under the skin. I can feel them with my hand and occasionally they are visible. They aren’t bothering me too much because I believe they are dissipating. Here are a couple of photos.

Mini smas and buccal fat removal
Dr Mitchell removed my buccal fat and performed a mini smas lift on me. Things are still healing, but so far everything is beginning to look VERY nice. Its very symmetrical, my jawline is more defined and the incisions are healing well.
He and his staff are so nice and down to earth. I've felt incredibly comfortable every time Ive gone into his office.
I will post some before and after photos once it has healed a bit more so that you can see the results.
It hurt like crazy for the first few days and then magically mainly subsided. Im not sure if my healing path was typical, so just a heads up.
Overall, I am thrilled with the decision to go ahead with the procedure. Im on the younger side for this, but my jowls were really starting to sink. I already am feeling more beautiful and confident in myself... and its still quite a bit swollen.
