Really Pleased with Results
WORTH IT
I had been unhappy with the bags under my eyes for some time, due to the permanently ‘tired’ look, and comments from others. However, it took me years to pluck up the courage to have them removed.
Because I require excellent eyesight for my job, my bottom line was to get as close to 100% safety as possible, and Dr Ezra has an amazing track record and was able to explain the risks involved, without being dismissive at all. He is completely pragmatic. Fortunately risk to eyesight is about the lowest of all the risk factors, so I was able to go ahead with confidence.
I am so pleased that I did have the lower blepharoplasty with mid face lift, as even after 3 weeks the results have exceeded my expectations. I would say the recovery was 2 weeks until I felt able to go out in public at all, 3 weeks to feel confident in my appearance. Now at 4 weeks I feel fully recovered, just a fairly unnoticeable amount of swelling.
