Love Dr. Gould! I Highly Recommend Him!
WORTH IT
I am 6 weeks post-op from a lower face and neck lift with fat transfer and absolutely loving my improved face already. I feel balanced now that my lower face and neck matches the rest of my face and body.
Why I chose Dr. Gould:
• Highly skilled, yet not arrogant: I’ve met a number of surgeons for consults and right away, I felt comfortable with Dr. Gould. I found many surgeons to be arrogant and I don’t believe you have to be arrogant to show that you’re skilled and great at what you do.
• Patient care: The care I received was stellar from the start and ongoing. I started following Dr. Gould on social media and saw how he visits all of his patients at the after-care center the evening after surgery and also the morning after. This definitely put me at ease, knowing that he would see how I’m doing and address any questions as I get settled after surgery. I decided to stay an additional night because I was not local and he visited me again the morning before I left. He was also very real and honest about how his patients were doing in his posts. Dr. Gould also has the best patient coordinator I’ve ever met- Carmen. As busy as she is, she is timely at getting back to you with answers to questions and goes out of her way to help you. I had a couple of concerns that of course would occur on the weekends. Though I didn’t expect to get answers until Monday (as I mentioned it wasn’t urgent), both Carmen and Dr. Gould got back to me right away both times.
My experience with surgeons has always been that you mainly interact and spend time with their physician’s or medical assistants and only see the surgeon during surgery and briefly for the consult and post-op check-up. With Dr. Gould, you actually spend most of your time with him and I never felt rushed.
