The boost it's given to my confidence is off the scale

My story: Until the age of 72 I was really quite happy with how my face looked, I'm fortunate to be fairly line-free for my age, but then over the following two years my neck suddenly began to sag badly and I was conscious of loose skin flapping under my chin. After long conversations with my partner who knew how self-conscious this was making me feel, we decided to make enquiries and see what could be done. Our first port of call was Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford where I'd had two minor operations in the past and where I felt confident of receiving good care. An appointment was made for a consultation with Miss Kallirroi Tzafetta (Tzafetta Cosmetic Surgery) in August and to say it was a pleasure to meet this lovely, happy lady, is an understatement. She is the most delightful human being, kind, caring, encouraging and warm and I'm certain everyone who meets her will feel they've gained a new friend but more importantly they'll very soon realise that they've chosen an excellent surgeon of many years experience, a person who cares about her patients and clearly loves her profession. At my initial consultation she gave me so much information and confidence regarding the procedure, showing me lots and lots of before and after photos of her previous patients, all of them looking so natural and fresh following surgery, the results were amazing and my mind was made up. At the end of October (the delay was my fault because I had prior engagements), I had the surgery. This lady is, I'm certain, one of the best in her field and everything went very well as I was confident it would. I found the dressing rather challenging when I came round from the anaesthetic as it had to be tight around my face and neck but I had been warned about this but on the third day after the operation, a lighter dressing was applied that was much easier to cope with. Apart from that, everything was fine. I was completely pain free following surgery and still am a month later. Miss Tzafetta has done such an amazing job, nothing is visible and I was slightly worried that wounds by my ears would show but no, she's somehow managed to hide everything brilliantly and there's now hardly anything to see to indicate that I've even had surgery. There's still some slight swelling under my chin but I know this will eventually disappear. I am thrilled with the result and the boost it's given to my confidence is off the scale. If anyone decides to have this or any other procedure it is essential to do as Miss Tzafetta says regarding aftercare, her only aim is to do the very best for all her patients but patients have to do their bit too. I have an appointment to see her in three months' time, presumably my last, which makes me sad, I'll really miss seeing this lovely lady. If I feel the need for any further surgery in the future Miss Tzafetta will definitely be my surgeon of choice, she's the very best. If anyone reading this review is considering cosmetic surgery then look no further than Miss Tzafetta, believe me you won't find a better surgeon.
