Facelift and Lip Fat Graft for small jowls and undefined jawline

Swelling continues to subside, one pebble I had on a stitch seems to be going away. I have a small weird area on one of my suture spots on my lip may be a problem but I'll have to give it time to heal then I'll speak to Dr about it. So far I'm very happy with the correction but I'm giving it the correct time to heal. I had no bruising whatsoever on my face and most of the swelling was on my neck area.

Dying to get stitches in my lips out..and to not have sticky hair on my head. Swelling going down but still have fullness on neck and sides. I can see a huge difference in my face I'm back to having an oval face not the trapezoid I was getting .

Hello. I wanted to get rid of the small jowls and undefined jawline I was beginning to see, especially under the left side of my face. I also had fat under the neck . Dr Galitz is an absolute sweetheart and the staff is very caring. They were extremely organized and efficient. What I liked the best was the attention was focused on me, not like so many of the factory surgery places where you are a number.
I only wrote I'm unsure if it was worth it because I'm only 3 days out from the procedure. I don't see much noticeable difference on my left side and underneath the chin with the fat. I'm hoping it's just swelling. The lips look amazing as he got rid of the joker like smile I was getting and the downturning of the lip corners. I will update as soon as I'm more healed.
