I need another facelift
WORTH IT
My face looks slacker now again and if a PS saw me he would recommend a FL. My jawline is as before (but a slight bit better, maybe not as bad)
I saw my sister for the first time since my surgery last year and she never saw anything different about me. My ears stick out a lot now and needs pinning. I try to hide them with my hair.
I have started using filler again, but booked for upper bleph and brow lift next month. In the hopes that the upper third will distract from general slackness.

3 Months update
I’ve had a second facial fat graft procedure and it’s taken better this time. I don’t know if I need a third. I will leave it up to the PS to decide at my follow up visit later this month. It’s a struggle to like my new face. My bf has not run away yet.

My jowls are popping through this is disappointing
4 weeks post op and the past few days I couldn’t help notice first a very slight softening of my jowl on one side but now day by day growing both sides.
It gets more pronounced every day. Since the fat graft started to get absorbed back into my body.
It seems what made my jawline look good was a lot to do with the fat graft. As I won’t be able to get stitched back up I would have to save up for repeat fat graft (I understand up to 3 procedures may have to be done before it finally becomes permanent)
As my main concern for having the surgery was my jowls I’m very distressed. Jowls are very prominent in my family courtesy of my mother who had large hanging jowls into her neck. So I don’t want to ever see a jowl. Ladies age so much better with just a crisp jawline I’ve noticed. That’s what I asked for.
