Facelift Journey

I recently had an extended deep plane neck, lower and mid face lift with Dr Boonchai at Bonnie Hospital. I am only 3 weeks post op but am very happy with my results. At this point I can not fault the work of Dr Boonchai. I can see why his is such an esteemed surgeon. He’s very blunt and a man of few words, but he did adequately explain things, although time in the first and only consultation was limited. I had also had requested other procedures that he advised against in his very honest manner, which I appreciated. I felt the language barrier with a lot of the nursing staff to be a bit of a problem and I feel that some of the younger nursing staff were inexperienced as there was a lot of talking and joking and laughing while you are on a stretcher waiting for your operation and in the theatre before the doctor arrives. After the surgery, they did not check up on me enough. Nurses were apparently meant to check on patients every 30 minutes, which did not happen. However, these are things that can be easily rectified. The front reception staff were very professional and lovely and the driver was excellent. I have given 5 stars for the work of Dr Boonchai himself.
