Earlobes 2.5 years after neck & face lift
As there were a a lot of questions about ear lobes …
My earlobes looking absolutely fine after the surgery! It obviously depends on how your earlobes looked before. If you have a tendency that they are long, short, round etc they will turn out most probably very similar.
(Unless it is the aim to change them with the op).
You have to understand that surgery and subsequently healing will change the dynamics of the skin.
Scaring will happen when skin is cut.
But with an excellent surgeon like Dr Kremer it will be ( if you don’t suffer from Keloid scaring or you are bad healer) minimal.
Important is a healthy look at yourself how you looked before the operation and what can be achieved. Best is to take clear pictures (every angle) of yourself for before and after. No body is completely symmetrical.
Breasts , eyes, ears all can be very different.
So the outcome can be different on the individual sides. It all depends on what you start off with. Earlobes change with age as well, they get „heavier“I.e. drooping comes with age.
That is completely natural and not the fault of any surgeon.
Indeed that is something which happens to me 30 years ago concerning a liposuction of my thighs. I however took pictures before and after and realised that my thighs were very different before so I went back to my surgeon and said „I just realised they were like that before but maybe we can treat the bigger one to make them absolutely symmetrical“.
Which was done free of charge (but back then like nowadays I paid for clinic and anaesthesia).
So please good people on here don’t believe great or bad reviews without extensive photographic evidence.
Please see one ear with 3 earrings the other with two ( my tool to tell the photos apart as, sometimes it is confusing as the camera in a selfie mirrors compared to a photo taken by someone else. )

It’s important to be aware about the „before“ little marks like folds and differences ..if I wouldn’t have the before pics I probably would have thought what’s that crease or that fold. But comparing pictures just show it was what I had before.
I maybe chose not to notice it before ;-))

2 years and still loving the results
I feel it’s important to show how well this held up! It’s two years now and I am super happy that I took that step. In fact I feel better than ever. I do get lots of comments on how young I look for my age and I know this is something I have to thank Dr Kremer for.

I recently lost a fair bit of weight and I have to say it still looks great !! I am 3 years in and still so happy. Thank you again! As for the fat I can only say after the lift you have fuller cheekbones which looks great I think. I don’t know how exactly it’s done but it works. Good luck with your journey and kind regards.
I really love the results I’ve seen of his work, just that niggle in the back of my mind….
So I feel we all can only speak for our personal outcome. The feedbacks are brutal but as you said and I do find it very unsettling that we don’t see pictures (which I always find so important as we all know some problems can be so much worse in the eyes of the person concerned than if the onlooker sees it?! That of course shouldn’t take the right away from how everyone feels about their outcome.and Not saying „it’s not a real issue“ BUT with such a negative Feedbacks in-depth pictures of BEFORE and AFTER and the whole area ( for example not only one earlobe or one nostril but the whole result of the procedure should be attached in my personal opinion for being a helpful review)
I also try to follow up these patients to see their apparent revisions etc but sadly they decide not to share with us the pictures of before after and the revision.
My personal experience:
I am not the only one of my very close circle who had the OP a week later with him and we went through it together, which was also a complete success!
But it showed me first hand for example that healing is completely different because we are different humans.
For example swelling was very different for both of us.
I think that with every procedure come risks and that happens with every doctor. But it is so important to remember that even a successful procedure can leave the patient unhappy, as it is down to our expectations .
I knew what I wanted would create scars as it involves a invasive surgery BUT my scaring is amazingly well hidden so I got exactly what I expected, a super result with well hidden scars.
(Same with my bestie)
What I want to say is that if I would be you, go for a consultation see what your belly tells you.
I only can speak for myself, a invasive procedure will create scars but mine are fantastic, well healed , well hidden, and I love love love the outcome. No surgery is a walk in the park, good education, realistic expectations, and patience is the key.
I would 100% would go to him again , would go for this procedure only to him.
I not once regretted having it done but instead loving my looks every day because of it.
Hope that helped a bit amid the confusion.
Kind regards and best wishes
You’re right, I should go and see him and see what my gut says…
Many, Mant Thanks and continue loving your results as much as everyone on here does!
