I came to Dr. Almonte a year ago after deciding I really wanted to do something about my jowls and saggy neck. I had done a video consultation with a SoCal Dr. who was known to have done a star or two but was discouraged about traveling and spending a few weeks away from home in a hotel and adding significantly to the cost of the procedure. That afternoon through the magic of Google I came across Dr. Almonte! I was in his office the next day having a consultation with him. His office is warm and inviting, his Staff are next level professional and Dr. Almonte himself couldn’t have been any more personable, professional and in tune with my needs and completely understood the assignment. It was January 2025 and I was the Mother of the Bride for a May 2025 wedding out of the Country. Dr. Almonte was very realistic in setting expectations for surgery and recovery; he gave me options to consider. We scheduled the first available surgery date mid March for his signature A-Lift. There were several reasons I chose Dr. Almonte; First of all he is Board Certified, Specializing in Faces only and lastly he performs his procedures under “Local” vs. “GA”. Being age 67 this was very appealing to me. Fast forward to 2026 I have lost weight since my procedure last year and Dr. Almonte offers a very reasonable option for a phase 2 procedure should you need your results tweaked after that first procedure. I’m currently almost 3 weeks post op and couldn’t be happier with my results. The level of care given by Dr. Almonte in the post op phase is unparalleled to anything I’ve ever experienced. This has been an extremely positive journey all because of Dr. Almonte and his staff. If you’re on the fence about doing facial plastic surgery I urge you to consider Dr. Almonte.
