I just turned fifty and the jowls and turkey neck were coming out to celebrate

I recently had a lower facelift and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Attenello and it is exactly what I wanted and hoped for!  I just turned fifty and the jowls and turkey neck were coming out to celebrate.  No thanks, you're not invited!  I live in Los Angeles and consulted with several 'famous/notable' surgeons, but after meeting with Dr. Attenello and seeing her before and afters there was no question she would be my surgeon.  I will confess, as a woman, I also liked the idea that a female would be doing the surgery.  Dr. Attenello is incredibly savvy and her sutures are of the FINEST detail.  Her bedside manner is unparalleled and she listens to and answers every concern very patiently.  After day three of surgery I no longer needed any pain meds and was up and around.  I was lucky that I didn't have any bruising (crazy, I know) and not too much swelling.  I believe that was due to my preparation, but mostly her technique.  People saw me on day four and were stunned at how 'normal' I looked.  Facelifts have come a long way in becoming very natural and she delivers just that!  If you're even remotely curious about doing anything to your face from injectables to surgery, do yourself a favor and consult with Dr. Attenello; highly recommend!!
