One and a half years out—Still happy!
WORTH IT
1 1/2 years out now. I don’t regret the surgery at all. There is still a small amount of numbness directly under my chin from the lipo but I can live with that. It may still return to normal, however, since nerves take a very long time to heal. I do notice a bit of “sag”, underneath my chin sometimes more than not, but that is going to happen some over time simply due to gravity, hormones, loss of elasticity, etc. Plus, I’m almost 59 and to expect to look like I’m 30 is completely unrealistic. I did not want a “plastics” look but rather a fresher, revived look which I feel Dr. Rich accomplished.

One year out—still love it!
I am still very pleased with my results. At times, I feel like my neck is swelling and itches profusely when I get really hot outside. No one has ever asked if I’ve had a facelift, but plenty say “You just don’t age”, “You’ve lost weight”, etc. I will add that I switched to medical grade skincare when I had my surgery and that has helped with the overall appearance of my skin.

Stunning!!!
Thanks!
Oooh la la!!! Yours turned out great!!! Excellent photos. I just had my Faceology lift from Dr. Raymond Lee. Very similar. I know most people won’t notice but that’s not was I was looking for. I was looking for MYSELF to notice!!
Hope you love it!
You look amazing, truly
Thank you! I do not regret it at all.
The chin implant Wasson subtle, but such a nice touch. You look fabulous.
was so
Thank you!
One of the best I've seen. You look more than a decade younger. Congrats on your results. Your eyes and hair are beautiful, and you really do look stunning.
Wow! Thanks!

Fresh and Rested-looking Face Was my Goal
I am 57 years old. The procedure Dr. Rich did was called a “Whisperlift” (facelift), neck liposuction, and a chin implant. These photos are 3 months of healing. I expect even more pleasing results at 6 months out due to the fact I had extensive repairs and, to me, I feel there is still some mild swelling at my neckline below the chin which is to be expected. Again, I wanted a surgeon that specialized in facial plastics only, and Dr. Rich is board-certified in facial reconstruction. I have been very well-pleased!

Very nice! How long did it take for all the bruises to disappear?
For the most part, they were gone in about 2 weeks. I did have one spot at the incision line in front of my left ear that took much longer to heal.
You look so refreshed and naturally beautiful, enjoy!
I appreciate that. I don’t regret having this done one bit.
You look AMAZING! Is this like a mini lift?
I’m not sure what you mean by “mini”? This was a deep-plane lift with neck lipo. I also had a chin implant to help smooth out the sunken areas below the lower lip line.
You look great! How much did you pay may I ask? how long did the scars take to heal and are they noticeable?
Expect to pay anywhere from $8,000 to $12,000 depending on what your needs are. Everyone is different. I had a chin implant and neck lipo which were additional costs, but my surgery was done with nerve blocks only—I was not put to sleep by an anesthetist or anesthesiologist, which are additional costs—and the surgery was done in the surgeon’s surgical suite vs an out-patient setting. All these things are factors in the cost. The scar healing time is the same as any other scar healing on your body. The scar underneath my chin, which you may not even need, is still visible if one is looking for it. It will eventually fade to nothing in a year or so. The other scars are hidden in my hairline.
You look beautiful!
