WORTH IT$7,169
After 3-months face is stil getting normal form and some areas of upper cheeks around the
ears are thick and no feeling. I guess it will return after some time I hope.
One thing that I must say here is: I went to opertion to do two important things that
did not turn out as I was expecting and how it was explained before in consultation.
I wanted to take a way hanging jaw sacks. Those are sure smaller and better but still visible and that I am not happy at all. I consider later something else to get rid of jaw sacks but it is annoying that these must be do it again as the idea was to do it on that time/operation. Well you can't win always can you?
Second: I paid liposection...but that I don't even want to tell you how it is. Its not done like it should be.
So people do not go to this place for liposection but face operation I must recommend because for sure even I am not happy with my jaw sacks so I look 10 years younger and doctor knows obviously well face operations. My face movement has return to almost normal that is good too. Just feeling bad about the jaw sacks. I will also do it again in other place liposection so to get what I want. So I guess these thing happen but when I was saying straight about these to patience communication with whom I made all deals and agreed prices so...they did not even bother to replay to me so that I can say is not good because here you see review it will come public now. If you have been paying something and you don't get it so should they replay? There for I don't plaime doctor its not his responsibility to agree deals its the patience coordinators and when they should agree something so instead they don't bother replay.
Like I said hospital, doctor Hasan and people in general are superb but if something did not go as agreed (that can happen in every operation time) so they should replay to make something instead for that paid price. Also I can say I do sport, 1,5hr 3-4 time a week now slowly until now and don't eating healthy food so that is not issue.

I can see improvement almost every morning and that sure make me happy.
I still keep face mask on the nights as doctor said that it helps face set up better.
Also I started do sporting activities so that is good as well.
I can see that I must do one more operation is buccal fat remove but I hope to
do that after when corona virus time is getting better.

With healing must have to be patient because it takes time. But now the results are starting to show and now I can see what still needs to be done to achieve what I wanted .. delete jaw sacks, they sure are better but is possible to take them a way with different way.

Hi , Pertti (suppouse from Finland:-) I think you look great now. Please don't do any removal of buccal fat. It may end ip worse. You face is already slim and in shape.

9 weeks post operation
I saw more improvment after 8-weeks and after that i was using Bromelain and all vitamins 2-weeks time.
Now face start to give shape and I start to think that all pain and frustration is been worth. Like many of you say this big operation needs time but as we all know that in the first 4-weeks it is hard time to believe
to result. In my case time period was 8-weeks when swollen and face shape start to show up.
See the pictures before and after. I start to do sport as well so body start to function better and it effect to face as well. I am not young so to get face look -10 years it is already good change. Mostly now I understand that when doctors and people in clinic talk that 4-weeks you should look ok so that is not correct is more like 8-weeks. But any way I am still waiting 1-2 months so hopping to get more elastic skin as in cheek surgery scars are still hard and the skin is stiff.

wow..you look awesome!! Look at that jaw:))) How did you select this particular doc in Turkey? Where was the fat grafting? Do you have incisions horizontally on your scalp in your hair line by chance?

Thank you. I did my search 3-months in Istanbul and why there because I did my hair transplant there 1-year ago and it was great and successful so same time I went see other clinics to understand more about facial surgery.
Istanbul is one of the biggest medical travel city in the world. Yes there is a lot doctors and clinics. I was in touch about 20 of them and at the end I choose 5 to go to consultation and choose finally the place. I organized all in advance and I did these consultations in 3-days.
It was worth to do that to see difference and feel safe when choosing the doctor and operation place.
I choose this doctor because it is not a clinic. Doctor operate and it is employed in one of the best state of art hospital in Istanbul and that has lot meaning. Hospital is JCI accredited that is international standard of patience safety.

Fat grafting is taken from my abdominal area and he did same time small liposection that will later help also reduce a bit fat from that area.
Incisions are hidden that require lot of skills. Incisions start from inside of ear and goes behind of ear and one line in vertical up to hear line from ear not horizontally. That way lifting skin up from cheeks stays well. Now after 9-weeks surgical wounds start to heal well and after all those will be invisible.
Also one more thing. Price: when I went to visit all of those 5-clinics and meet the doctors to get offers so believe me price difference it is so huge. from 7000- 23.000€.

did you interview Dr. Eran Karacaoglu and if so what was your opinion please..he quoted around what you quoted
