I will post a few pics where you can see the outcome. My neck has pouches underneath but still better overall. Filler and Botox would probably be a good bet but I’m trying to be fiduciarily responsible lol

Thanks, I think the eyes look refreshed but my neck is still old. Oh well, still better and heck I am almost 69 so I'm happy

I’m curious if you could send a picture of the “pouches under your neck” you mentioned. I have what sounds similar, and am curious if it looks like mine and if you’ve asked your plastic surgeon about it and what he says. Thanks!

I have just seen your whole story for the first time and you look absolutely stunning! Obviously you were gorgeous before too so that helps but the difference is remarkable esp neck area so I hope you are very happy with the results x
Well thank you. I am relatively happy. I do have two pouches on with side under my chin which is off putting but not enough to go thru it again haha. Smiling pics definitely help that. Thank you for the encouragement:)

One and a half years later
If you are thinking of getting a lift, go a little tighter than you think you should. Ive been pretty disappointed in the saggiest since all swelling went away. I surely do not want to go thru the pain again but thought I would look refreshed longer than this!! Still have a slight quirk in my smile but that has improved a lot. Discuss this with your doctor before hand!

Have you thought about fillers and Botox. They will both give you that refreshed look once again. I just had a facelift and neck lift a month ago and I'm going to see my plastic surgeon tomorrow for fillers and Botox. She suggested getting it every six months to keep the underlying tissues tight.
May have to however I went for a facelift to save money on filler. Oh well :(

Just had a lower facelift a week ago with fat grafting so I.never have to use filler.

Thank you! I did see my doc and he offered a slight revision. Just a small cut in front of the ear and ease the skin a bit. Not sure if I should ugh!
You look good. I especially see the improvement in the eyes vs your pre-surgery photos. Eyes look very refreshed.
