Lower Face and Neck Lift with C02 Laser

AZ Facial Plastics is an amazing practice. I have been a registered nurse for 40 years, and I have spent many of those years working in surgery alongside many different doctors. I always do my research on doctors’ offices, the surgeons or physicians who will be treating me, and any other providers involved, including anesthesia. I also gather a lot of feedback from friends and former colleagues who are still working in the medical field.

I first learned about Dr. Taghizadeh, or Dr. T for short, when I had a procedure in a hospital. I chose him because he had great reviews, and I had also received feedback from colleagues who said he was very meticulous. I always ask people who work with doctors, such as pre-op nurses and surgical nurses, how they would rate the doctor. The feedback was excellent. They told me he is a nice guy, very skilled, takes his time, and gets great results.

So, when I was looking for a little refresher for my face, I did my due diligence. I contacted several doctors’ offices and ultimately settled on Dr. T. One thing I really appreciated was that the initial consultation was free. It did not cost me $250 or $500, and I was able to get in very quickly.

My first visit was with Shea. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful. I could tell that Shea had a good relationship with Dr. T, which says a lot to me. I have a very keen eye for a good working team and what that means in a doctor’s office. At my first visit, they took pictures of my face, which showed a lot of laxity in my skin. I received pricing that same day for a lower face and neck lift with CO2 laser. The cost was very reasonable.

I chose to move forward with the procedure, and I was given their in-office products to start using on my face. They were great products, and I will definitely continue using them.

About a week or two before the procedure, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Magee. She administered my pre-op vitamin IV, drew blood, and answered any questions I had. She was knowledgeable, professional, fun, and funny. She is outgoing and has a wonderful personality. I also saw her after my procedure for lip filler, and I found her to be careful and trustworthy.

On the day of my surgery, I met the anesthesiologist, Dr. Tomasello. I had researched her as well and received great feedback. I could tell she had a lot of experience, and I felt very comfortable with her. I had local anesthesia with monitored anesthesia care, and I felt safe and well taken care of.

The procedure went really well. I had a few days of moderate discomfort, followed by a few days of minimal discomfort. I saw Ceci for my follow-up appointments, and yet again, she was another staff member who was very good at her job. She gave me clear instructions, took care of everything that needed to be addressed post-op, and answered all of my questions. I could tell she is very experienced and has a great relationship with Dr. T and the rest of the staff.

I also had laser treatment with Sheena for age spots on my hands and arms. She did a great job. She numbed me well and was very thorough. She is another professional and caring team member.

I also want to give a shout-out to Lindsey at the front and scheduling desk. From the first phone call and throughout the entire process, she was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She is very welcoming as well.

To sum up this lengthy review, I am beyond happy with my results and my entire experience. Friends who were not aware that I had surgery have said things like how great I look, how I am glowing, and that this is the best I have looked in years.
