Super Happy with my Results!
I did my surgery in August 2021. I was 49 but my face already showed significant signs of aging due to sun damage. Fillers didn’t work anymore for me, I even tried threads but results were very temporary and not strong enough to correct the change in shape in my face and sagging. Also my eyes became much smaller with heavy lids.
I’m so happy that I chose dott. Konstantin for my surgery. The full experience with him and his staff was excellent. The surgery (face and neck lift and blepharoplasty) went perfectly well, I almost didn’t have ant pain (I only took one tylenol the day of the surgery) and very minor bruising. Today, at almost 10 months from the surgery, results are outstanding. I have the youthful shape of my face and open eyes back. My eyes even recovered the positive cantal tilt that was not visible before with sagging skin. Putting make up on is way easier but I enjoy also to go out with no make up at all as I feel so much more confident. Also, incisions healed perfect;y, I have zero scars, nobody could tell I had a lifting.
I would suggest dott. Konstantin to anyone wants to look as young as they feel.
One warning on the post surgery days: I swell enormously in the first days post surgery, I then discovered that this is typical but it can really be traumatic psychologically, one of my ears swell more than the other and looked like deformed (see picture). This is normal. As it is normal to feel your neck extremely tight and biting very difficult. This goes away after the first week. So do not be scared.

You look great, he did a wonderful job. Was it a necklift or a facelift? May I ask how much did it cost?
It was a lower face lift and neck lift and upper blepharoplasty. Overall it was slightly above 30k.

You had a faster recovery time. I will say my face felt like I was wearing a mask but this was back in 2013 so perhaps things have changed . I used a different ps in nYC . In the end it was totally worth it .
Did the mask like tightness ever resolve? I still have a very tight neck, nine months post op. The tightness also spreads into my face feeling like a mask as you described on the lower part of my face.
Unfortunately can’t see much. Could you post photos of your ears and hairline? I’d like to see how he did.
