Excellent Professional Service

It has only been 2 weeks since my facelift and hair transplant surgery. However, I wanted to write this review to thank Dr, Hayati and staff for the professionalism and wonderful service that they offer. I will be posting my progress once everything is healed. Through out the process you never feel alone or ignored. We started communicating with Maryam and Momen about 4 months ago. We had on-line consultation with Dr Hayati and multiple conversation before I decided to do my hair and remove the bags under my eyes. They patiently answered all of our questions each time we reached out to them.
When we arrived in Samsun we were picked up by Alperen and a driver and were driven to the hotel. Alperen later came and picked us up to go to the hospital to do the pre-Op checks. Alperen stayed with us through out whole process and was very helpful. When we saw Dr. Hayati, he suggested that if I want to see the real result I should do the complete face lift. They performed the hair transplant and the face lift on the same day. They started at around 9:30am and I was done by about 8:30pm. They kept me for two nights at their clinic with round the clock service and the Dr visiting me twice daily. The nurses and staff were very kind and attentive. Maryam stayed with us until 12:00am on the night of surgery to help us and answer any questions. The post-op service was excellent as well. Maryam would call us every day to check on us and have us come in for bandage clean up, dressing the wounds and hair wash. Overall excellent service from start to finish. We would like to thank Dr. Hayati and his excellent staff.
