Dr. Ho and His Staff Go Above and Beyond

I have never received such star treatment from a doctor and his team in all the many surgeries I’ve been through in my six decades of life. From the initial phone call as I live ourvofvstate, to the friedltvreeptionist, to the pre-op appointment, to the anesthesiologist calling me the night before and hearing the anxiety in my voice - he reassured me he would be my guardian angel through the procedure, to the best and least painful IV I’ve ever had inserted, to Dr Ho’s calm reassuring manner and explaining the procedures in lay terms I understood. The icing on the cake is Sandy, the case manager. From her first phone call she gave me her personal cell number and my anxiety fell to zero. All through the process she let me ask questions, explained procedures, has a voice that exudes empathy, met me at the surgical center to make sure I was registered and met with dignity by that staff. She also sensed my anxiety the morning of surgery, hopped off her chair in the pre-op room, gave me a foot massage while uttering soothing words. Calmness returned! I met Liz the next morning at the post op/follow up appt. and she took the greatest of care ckeaning the incisions and expkaining post op directions. I’ve been on the phone withbTammy multiple times ordering products to be mailed to my home Utah. I truly do not have enough adjectives for this team of professionals who work together for the benefit of the patient. I am one and one half weeks post op and throrougly ecstatic about the results. Still with very slight bruise my age has been guessed from 52-58. I’m 65 in three months. I have confidence I haven’t felt in decades. i’LL TAKE IT!!
