Facelift with Dr. Ransom

I had a neck lift, mid facelift and eye lift surgery performed by Dr. Ransom in early March of 2020. He and his staff were professional and engaged with me as a patient.

Mu surgery took place in a surgical suite located in the same building as Dr Ransoms office which was convenient. The procedure took several (5?) hours. I recovered in my hotel room for 10 days and then went home. This was when covid hit the states so I was unable to travel back to San Francisco for an evaluation by the doctor but I am ecstatic about the results. Smooth and much tighter but without the marionette look.

Two things to know though: First, the neck lift will restrict the mobility of your head and neck by about a third for the first few months. I do a lot of yoga so this was a bummer for me. I would say after 6 months I have regained about 90% mobility. Second, for guys, if you get a necklift, your "beard line" will move. My beard line moved back behind my ears which is a bit strange. Also, you may have a small cupping behind your earlobe which will take a few months to loosen and disappear. In the end, the above issues were incredible small compared to my current results.
