"I had neck lift, deep plain facelift, upper bleph, lip lift, temporal brow lift. I had the procedures Nov 2024.
Initial contact - great super friendly always answered questions appeared to be attentive. Lots of video calls over what’s app.
Day before surgery- Fatima met me at the hotel to take me to the hospital to get pre op checks completed. Super friendly but slightly fake. Checks completed at a public hospital with lots of Turkish patients having day to day services
We then drove back to dr berets office. I paid the money and once I paid I detected a change in Fatima’s attentiveness. Got what they wanted now it didn’t matter so much
Next day I went to the same hospital and surgery was performed.
Hospital experience was horrendous not what I thought I was going to get.
After checks were what I expected no more no less
Outcome of surgeries.
Facelift- I feel like I need another as the outcome was not as improved as I expected. Neck lift and lip lift great expectations were met.
Upper bleph and temporal brow one side of my face is no longer asymmetrical. One eyebrow moves whilst the other doesn’t at all so the eye does not look as open. I contacted dr beret and was advised to wait at least 6 months. I did better than that and left it for 1 year as this is the time for full recovery. I contacted dr beret again and was told I will receive a video calls. 1 week later no call his wife Fatima said he had flu but he was still very active on social media. I called again and arranged another call and no call came after that they ignored me. At the initial consultation I was told any corrective surgery would be free. The truth is he won’t keep to his word because you can’t get hold of him. I paid £7400 and now have to pay to get my eyes and brows corrected because of the mess he as made and left me so self conscious.. I looked better before the surgery. There only interest is getting ur money after that you are on ur own once you get back to your destination. "
