Aweful Facelift

My entire experience with Dr. Ufuk and his team has been a tumultuous ride. Initially seeking only Bella eyes and Trinity lift procedures in Turkey, I found myself pressured into unnecessary treatments during a consultation conducted by his non-medical director wife, due to Dr. Ufuk's illness. This escalated my expenses from 12k to 30k, leaving me feeling manipulated. The team's focus on profit over patient care became evident as I emerged from surgery with results that left me feeling disfigured rather than enhanced. Despite warnings from acquaintances that I looked better before, I felt trapped into proceeding due to the substantial financial investment and the threat of losing it if I backed out. The lack of empathy and professionalism extended to the assistant's casual assurance that I could undergo further surgeries if unsatisfied with the initial outcome. Overall, my experience with Dr. Ufuk and his team left me feeling betrayed and regretful, emphasizing the importance of thorough research and caution when selecting a surgeon. After six months, I'm finally starting to like my face more. It definitely took some time. I'm happier now than I was before. The doctor did a good job, but initially, I went through a phase where I hated my appearance and felt I looked like an alien. My face has definitely changed, and I look different—perhaps even better. Maybe it's just my brain tricking me, but I'm not sure.
You also posted about bad side manners and tricking you regarding surgery and expenses. It's important you share those kinds of experiences for a full picture. Dr Askeroglu has many bad reviews, you don't need to justify your review. I am sorry about your experience.
Hi! Can you share photos? I am two months after my facelift and hate it. I also feel like an alien. Will it really get better at six months? What changed for you?
It will get better but only because you are used to how you look now. But for few month you’ll feel like alien because it’s big change

It looks good to me also an actually. Perhaps not as natural as one would expect but definitely not disfigured looking. I am very nervous about my FL procedure in 2 weeks and hope it will at least look natural. I see so many pictures especially of older patients that look exactly the same after surgery, perhaps just jutting their chins out more to show sculpting of the jaw line which is not convincing as well as using a lot more make up and styling their hair differently. Otherwise they look the same not even younger.
