Disappointed - swollen face, my eyes and lips look smaller

Disappointed

It’s been two years after my micro lift and the fat transfer. I am still disappointed with the results and think that dr. Tiryaki didn’t listen to me and ruined my face. I came to him looking for a facelift, and he convinced me to do the fat transfer which I didn’t want initially.
As a result I have a swollen face, my eyes and lips look smaller, my chin doubled the size.
I used to be pretty and always got complements that I looked younger than my age. But since operation not anymore. I think I look older. I didn’t have one complement after the intervention. I just look like I got fat. And I still need a face lift. This doctor does the same procedure for all, without considering each person’s needs.

I thought you looked beautiful before and I don't see why you needed anything done. I still think you look beautiful after but I see how you would be disappointed with the outcome because there wasn't much of a change. I don't think you look older you look pretty much the same to me. Beautiful lady in both pictures in my opinion. Live your life and enjoy every minute of it. Don't let this get you down life is too short :)
So is the one with the arrows is after and not before u got ripped off…The first pic looks good the picture with the arrows looks like it should be the before picture?

I had this experience with Mr Tiryaki. I look more masculine and have horrible scars. He doesn’t listen and does the same for everyone and then gaslighted me throughout my recovery. My review was taken down.

What the heck. I rely on the good and bad reviews. If only good reviews are left on how do we know who to trust. I’m so annoyed at hearing this as I use this site to make informed choice.
I felt exactly like you, like there was no personal approach…
Why would they remove your review?
I was told it contravened policy but I’m not sure how. It was very honest and balanced.
