I received a neck and lower face lift

I received a neck and lower face lift from Dr. Vu Ho at Beyond Beautiful and had an extremely poor result. After the initial procedure, Dr Ho suggested that I should undergo an in office revision to take care of loose skin that remained under my jawline. This revision left me with a severe pixie ear deformity and a cobra like appearance on my neck. I know cosmetic procedures do not guarantee outcomes however no one would expect to come out looking way worse than before they go in. I will now have to pay for another surgery to correct this.
