Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Just passed my two year Anniversary....

So, my surgery was over two years ago and I still say it was worth it! It is a long healing process. I just read my initial review and realize I was definitely premature about how quickly I was healing but that's just because the first week everything seemed to be proceeding quickly. The truth of the matter is numbness, tightness and itching around the incision areas can continue randomly into the second year. For me it is worth it to not cringe at every side profile pic or video of me. I do stage acting and I was so very painfully conscious of my side profile, now I don't ever think about it! Obviously we cannot halt the hands of time and after two years I see skin loosening and some creping in my skin, but this procedure definitely pushed the clock back and increased my confidence. Some probably wonder about the scarring...I have scars in front of my ears and behind my ears in my hairline. I probably could have been better with topical solutions for this but I also wear makeup every day and it is easy enough to cover them. I am not ashamed to have had this surgery, so I don't feel like I need to hide it like a big secret...I did it for me and I am happy I did.

Just One Day out and I Have to Pinch Myself...

I just had a lower face & neck lift with Dr. Choe yesterday. So, my review may be premature, but I will take you along for the ride and at this point, I just feel like I have to pinch myself with the results and also how I feel. I feel like a million bucks...and no, that's not the Percocet talking because on just one day out, I am on Tylenol Extra Strength and that's it! I did use Percocet the day and night of surgery (yesterday) and it helped me sleep like a baby. If I felt anything it was a little pressure and soreness near my ears, maybe it was the drains because he removed them this morning and I am feeling just fine. I was swollen today after sleeping in the compression wrap, but that was also removed firs thing this morning. I am literally less than 24 hours out of surgery and I feel amazing. The reason I need to share this, is although everyone is different and Doctors have their own techniques, I feel exactly how Dr. Choe and his nurse (who by the way had the same procedure so she so calmed my nerves because she looked amazing and she gave me first hand advice) told me I would. I thought this cannot go as easily as they are making it seem and yet here I am, feeling and so far looking pretty amazing. I included some pics...First is before, Second is directly after and third is 1st day post.
